If you are not able to meet this deadline for any reason, this must be communicated before the deadline is reached.
﹏ ➢ 1e-2. › Payment for sketch commissions of any kind is required upfront. New clients are the only exception to this.
﹏ ➢ 1e-3. › Extensions, holds on commission slots, etc. may be made available to trusted individuals upon request. Eligibility is at my personal discretion.❖ 1f. » Refunds become available if there has been limited to no progress on your commission after four (4) weeks of it being paid. That being said, if you are willing to wait, I always plan to finish commissions regardless of how long they ultimately take. Your patience is vastly appreciated!
﹏ ➢ 1f-2. › Full refunds are only available if your commission has not been started.
﹏ ➢ 1f-3. › Partial refunds will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Initial price and completion status are the main factors that will be taken into account.◈ 1g. » Partial refunds have a cap of 80%. The 20% or more that I retain is to act as compensation for time that could have been spent prioritizing non-refunded work.❖ 1h. » Exceptions to Sections 1e. - 1g. may be made in the case of an emergency, at my personal discretion.⭑*•̩̩͙⊱✧⭒⭒⭒✹⭒⭒⭒✧⊰•̩̩͙*⭑〚__ SECTION 2. - PROCEDURE __〛◈ 2a. » Turnaround may vary from same-day to several months, depending on the size of the commission and the number of commitments I'm participating in at once. Please be mindful that at my busiest, I am simultaneously a full-time student, part-time worker, freelance artist and streamer, and managing chronic illness.
﹏ ➢ 2a-2. › You may contact me for an update any time it reaches two (2) weeks since our last communication, assuming I have not shared a reason for substantial delay.❖ 2b. » Any existing character I am commissioned to draw must have a clear reference provided. Visual references are preferred, but text descriptions of important details are encouraged as well. Please be prepared to answer any clarifying questions I may have!◈ 2c. » Lined commissions will only enter the lining stage after you have approved the final sketch.
﹏ ➢ 2c-2. › If you cannot be reached for sketch approval, or if you do not respond to the final sketch within one (1) week, your commission may be dropped.
﹏ ➢ 2c-3. › You are responsible for maintaining an open lane of communication during your time as my client. This includes notifying me of relevant username changes, long periods of unavailability, etc.❖ 2d. » To ensure the quality of your commission, I will send you Work-in-Progress (WIP)'s for feedback as progress is made.
﹏ ➢ 2d-2. › If you do not want to see WIPs, I must be informed before the commission is started.
﹏ ➢ 2d-3. › Approved commission WIPs may be casually shared by me on Discord only; this will not be done if your commission is being kept private* (3d-2.). If you would like to share a WIP yourself, it must include full credit.◈ 2e. » Small changes during the sketch stage are unlimited, at no extra cost. This is for the purpose of correcting mistakes; it may not be abused to make large changes* (2f.) for free over time.
﹏ ➢ 2e-2. › Small changes after linework has begun may only be made up to three (3) times, and may result in an additional fee on a case-by-case basis (personal mistakes excluded).❖ 2f. » Large changes during the sketch stage (ex. choosing a new character or pose to be drawn) may only be made once, and may result in an additional fee on a case-by-case basis.
﹏ ➢ 2f-2. › Large changes become unavailable after linework has begun.⭑*•̩̩͙⊱✧⭒⭒⭒✹⭒⭒⭒✧⊰•̩̩͙*⭑〚__ SECTION 3. - RIGHTS & AGREEMENTS __〛◈ 3a. » I reserve the right to refuse or refund any commission at my personal discretion. This will never be done without reason.❖ 3b. » I reserve the right to adjust my prices at any time, as I see fit.
﹏ ➢ 3b-2. › Price adjustments will not affect commissions that have already been paid, or commissions that were agreed to before the adjustments were published.◈ 3c. » Completed commissions may not be altered in any way without my permission. Generally, if permission is requested, I am willing to be lenient.
﹏ ➢ 3c-2. › This includes altering or excluding my watermark.* (3f.) I can always move it upon request if necessary.
﹏ ➢ 3c-3. › Completed commissions may only be edited for personal use as icons, backgrounds, etc. by the commissioner, or with their permission. Full credit must be accessible in any location my art is being featured.❖ 3d. » I retain full commercial rights to all commissioned artwork; I may choose to use them as future commission examples unless your commission is being kept private.* (3e-2.) My work may not be used for commercial purposes without the purchase of a commercial license.◈ 3e. » Completed commissions may be posted to any of my social media accounts (linked on Carrd), with full credit given to you as the commissioner.
﹏ ➢ 3e-2. › Commissions may be kept private (not posted) or anonymous (not publicly attributed to you) upon request. I must be notified of this request as early as possible to avoid the unintentional sharing of private WIPs.❖ 3f. » Completed commissions will first be delivered privately with a small, non-obtrusive watermark. This version of the image is for personal use only, and may only be shared on chat-based platforms such as discord, with full credit attached.
﹏ ➢ 3f-2. › Commissions posted to social media will feature a larger, more obvious watermark. This version of the image may be reposted to any social media, with full credit attached. If it is a platform I use (linked on Carrd), feel free to tag me! If sharing on a chat-based platform, crediting this version of the image is optional.◈ 3g. » If a commission is refunded in a partially-completed state, it may only be publicly shared with my permission, and with a full watermark + credit included.❖ 3h. » Under NO circumstance may my art ever be used for the purpose of AI/image generator training, Non-Fungible Token (NFT)s, or cryptocurrency. Doing so will result in an immediate blacklist.

﹏ ➤ Note: Individuals on my graylist are not blacklisted, though I am unlikely to accept work with them, and they will generally not be removed unless an expiration date is indicated. Expiration dates of three (3) months will be given in the case of TOS violation strikes; receiving three (3) or more strikes will put you at risk of being blacklisted.There are several reasons I may decide to blacklist or graylist someone, including but not limited to:

⌦ Repeated failure to follow TOS, whether it be mine or someone else's
⌦ Extreme behavior I'd prefer not to be associated with
⌦ Negative personal or anecdotal experience
⌦ Personal comfort level

﹏ Nobody will ever be blacklisted for no reason, nor for petty reasons. That being said, please don't take it personally if you see yourself on these lists at any point! I will do my best to communicate the reason for a blacklist or graylist with people directly, at the time it occurrs, but please understand that I may not always be able to do this.
﹏ ➤ If you have been blacklisted and would like an explanation but did not receive one, you may contact me privately. I do not accept third party communication as a valid form of contact.
